摘要高成本、多消耗、低利润是影响我国大多数乡镇中小制造企业健康发展的主 要因素之一。东台众城彩印塑料包装公司是一家以生产各种塑料包装袋为主的小 制造企业，处于高成本、低利润的困境。企业努力追寻除资源和采购之外降低成 本的办法。此时企业生产物流成为关注的焦点。物流设施是企业生产物流的一部 分，降低企业成本必须合理布置物流设施。

本文利用设施布置的相关理论和知识，分析了东台众诚彩印公司在现有设施 布置下企业生产物流存在的问题，并对该公司的物流设施布置进行优化。81809

Logistics facility layout optimization in Dongtai Zhongcheng color printing plastic packaging company

Abstract High cost,low consumption and less profits have been one of the main factors influencing the sound development among the small and medium township in our country。Dongtai zhongcheng color printing plastic packaging company,specializing in the production of kinds of bags belongs to the small township enterprise,is suffering the plight of high cost and low profit。Enterprises are trying to seek the methods in addition to the resources and purchasing to reducing the cost,Logistics has become the focus of attention of small and large businesses。 As the part of the production logistics,the reasonable layout of logistics facility can improving production

efficiency，reducing costs。

In this paper,I used the theories and knowledge of facility layout to analyze the problems under the existing facility layout and optimize the existing logistics facility layout。
