摘要城市开发区污水中含有大部分的生活污水和一部分的工业污水,主要污染物是氮和磷,直接排放,会造成严重的环境污染。
某城市开发区污水处理量为50000t/d,出水要求满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级A标准。选用厌氧池+卡罗塞尔氧化沟工艺,污水先经过格栅去除一些较大的悬浮物,通过泵房提升到钟式沉砂池。然后,在厌氧池和氧化沟中进行生物处理,经二沉池,进行泥水分离,最后杀菌消毒。出水可达标排放。二沉池排出的剩余污泥,在浓缩池中浓缩后,进入贮泥池,经过带式压滤机进一步脱水后,运至污泥填埋场。84548
开发区污水进水指标为COD=700mg/L、BOD5=260mg/L、SS=250mg/L、NH3-N=50mg/L、P=5。0mg/L和pH=6~9,经处理后水质COD=40mg/L、BOD5=10mg/L、NH3-N=4mg/L、SS=4mg/L、P=0。5mg/L和pH=6~9,符合排放标准,并可以进一步提高。该工艺具有操作简易、运行稳定、耗能低,处理成本低等特点。
