摘要:随着纳米技术的发展,复合纳米材料的研究已成为纳米科技与生命科学交叉领域的研究热点。各国科研工作已经研究出多种多功能性复合纳米材料,但是这些研究目前还处于起步阶段。多功能性复合纳米材料具有多种功能和良好的生物兼容性等特点,因而被广泛应用于医学成像、药物释放、电子器件等方面。研究表明多功能复合型纳米材料制备的关键在于整合所有单独组分而不破坏各组分的初始电子结构和光学特征。本论文在最佳实验条件下,制备出新型多功能复合纳米材料Au@SiO2@CdTe,通过紫外光谱,荧光光谱和TEM对该材料进行了表征。结果表明该多功能复合纳米材料Au@SiO2@CdTe对探针分子-结晶紫的拉曼光谱具有明显的的增强效果,且随着反应时间的增加,荧光峰逐渐红移,与CdTe量子点的荧光性能一致。该论文为多功能复合纳米材料的制备及在生命分析领域的应用提供新的研究思路。20660

Synthesis and Characterization of Au@ SiO2@CdTe
Abstract: With the development of nanotechnology, nano-composite materials have become a hot topic of nanotechnology and life sciences intersection fields. Research work has developed a variety of multi-functional composite nanomaterials, but these studies are still in its infancy. Versatility nanocomposites with characteristics such as varieties of features and good biocompatibility , which are widely used in medical imaging, drug delivery, electronic devices, and other aspects. Studies have shown that the key of preparation of multi-function composite nanomaterials is to integrate all the inpidual components without destroying the original electronic structure and optical characteristics of each component. In this paper, under optimum conditions, the preparation of a new type of multifunctional nanocomposites Au@SiO2@CdTe was discovered, and UV spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and TEM were used to characterize the material. The results show that the multifunctional nanocomposites Au@SiO2@CdTe has obvious enhancement effect on the Raman spectra of probe molecules (crystal violet). At the same time, with the increase of reaction time, the fluorescence peaks gradually redshift, consistent with the fluorescence properties of CdTe quantum dots. It can provide new research ideas for the preparation and application of multi-functional composite nanomaterials in the field of life analysis.
