Abstract Different Smelting slag formation route in the Converter smelting process have great impact on Smelting operation Stability, target steel components shooting and lining life。 Lianyuan Iron and Steel Company`s top and bottom blowing converter Has slagging speed, strong bath stirring advantages。 In the Converter smelting process , using different initial slag slagging system formed, and the amount of slag and slag interim final slag composition varies, so it has a different route into the slag。
On the basis of reading a lot of literature, the paper issued by ICP-MS meyhod for Lianyuan Steel steelmaking converter blowing first 5min, 10min, the end of slag samples, after slag splashing slag samples and target samples of steel components were analyzed。 And then , Draw the slagging route in the CaO-SiO2-FeO pseudo-ternary phase diagram studying the converter slagging system of Lianyuan Iron and Steel converter slagging system and provideing constructive suggestions。
