设计总说明:根据设计水量以及混凝沉淀的特点,通过混凝沉淀分析和经济对比,本设计采用网格絮凝池以及斜管沉淀池进行运行及实验操作运行。混凝过程主要是絮凝部分,因此,混凝过程主要探讨的是絮凝的过程,絮凝是原水投加混凝剂并经过充分混合后,在水流的作用下使微絮粒之间进行相互碰撞从而形成更大絮粒的过程。习惯上絮凝池也称作反应池,而完成絮凝过程的构筑物就是絮凝池。沉淀过程是给水处理过程中重要的一部,因此选择适当的沉淀池是整个给水处理过程中非常重要的一部,而本设计主要是对斜板(管)沉淀池的研究,其运行过程,工作原理以及和其他沉淀池等都是比较重要步骤。设计的最终目的是对混凝沉淀过程深入的了解并且能够合理有效的设计出相应的构筑物。22860
本设计的主要内容包括:构筑物的确定、给水处理构筑物的设计计算、混凝沉淀过程的操作运行以及对整个过程的研究性学习。主要构筑物有网格絮凝池和斜板沉淀池。设计要完成一份总的设计说明书(包括构筑物的选择、计算以及操作运行)、网格絮凝池以及斜管沉淀池。该给水处理的设计规模为36000m3/d,自用水系数为5%,设计必须符合提高供水水质、提高供水安全可靠性、降低能耗、降低漏失水量和降低药耗的原则。论文网
