摘 要
随着社会的迅猛发展,工业型企业虽然推动着国民经济的进步,但同时给自然环境造成超负荷的负担。在生产作业经营的过程中,避免不了废气、废水等具有一定危害性的副产物生成。因此,本文着重分析讨论大顺机械制造有限公司在经济开发区的项目生产,对其进行环境监测。环境监测是运用化学、物理、生物等方式对环境中的污染进行浓度、数量以及影响范围的测定预测的科学方法,是保护环境与人类健康的基本方式。结果表明,在监测期间,机械厂的废水排放基本符合国家规定。地表水监测指标结果显示pH值为7。32mg/L与7。1132mg/L;溶解氧为1。34mg/L与0。59 mg/L;高锰酸钾指数为6。2 mg/L与6。8 mg/L;BOD5为9。44 mg/L与21。3mg/L;氨氮为9。44mg/L与11。4mg/L;总磷为0。926mg/L与1。41mg/L;石油类为0。040mg/L与0。130mg/L。地表下监测指标结果显示pH值为7。22 mg/L;硝酸盐氮为8。10 mg/L;亚硝酸盐氮为0。019mg/L;硫酸盐为6。42 mg/L;氨氮为0。14 mg/L;高锰酸盐指数为1。26 mg/L;总硬度为42。7。大气监测结果均小于TSP标准值0。3 mg/m3;SO2标准值0。5 mg/m3;NO2标准值0。2 mg/m3;二甲苯标准值0。3 mg/m3;醋酸丁酯标准值0。1 mg/m3;PM10标准值0。15 mg/m3。只有地表水监测指标不合格,其他均达到排放要求。85196

Abstract With the rapid development of society,although industrial enterprises promote the progress of the national economy,but at the same time to the natural environment caused by the burden of overload。。 In the production operation of the process,can not avoid waste gas,waste water and other harmful by-products。 Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis on the production of Dashun Machinery Manufacturing Co。 Ltd。 in the economic development zone project for environmental monitoring of the。 Environmental monitoring is a scientific method to determine the concentration, quantity and scope of the pollution in the environment by using chemical, physical and biological methods。 It is the basic way to protect the environment and human health。 The results show that during the monitoring period, the discharge of wastewater from machinery plant is basically in accordance with the state regulations。 The surface water monitoring index showed that pH value of 7。32mg/L and 7。1132mg/L; dissolved oxygen for 1。34mg/L and 0。59 mg/L; Potassium Permanganate index was 6。2 mg/L and 6。8 mg/L; BOD5 9。44 mg/L and 21。3mg/L for 9。44mg/L and 11。4mg/L; ammonia nitrogen; total phosphorus is 0。926mg/L and 1。41mg/L; 0。040mg and 0。130mg/L /L oil。 The results of surface monitoring index shows that the pH value is 7。22 mg/L; nitrate nitrogen nitrite nitrogen was 8。10 mg/L; 0。019mg/L 6。42 mg/L; sulfate; ammonia nitrogen permanganate index was 0。14 mg/L; 1。26 mg/L; the total hardness is 42。7。 Air monitoring results were less than TSP standard value of 0。3 mg/m3; SO2 standard value of 0。5 mg/m3; NO2 standard value of 0。2 mg/m3; xylene standard value of 0。3 mg/m3; butyl acetate standard value of 0。1 mg/m3; PM10 standard value of 0。15 mg/m3。 Only surface water monitoring indicators are not qualified, the other to meet the emission requirements。
