摘要:钼酸盐是一种阳极钝化型缓蚀剂,因具有无毒、无公害、热稳定性强、配位性好等优点越来越受到人们的重视。钼酸钠被认为是在海水中的钢的最佳腐蚀抑制剂。目前钼酸盐已经得到了比较广泛的运用,但在生产使用时发现含量对其抑制作用有很大的影响。除了直接将钼酸盐加入溶液外,还可以将其加入到涂层中,使涂层具有更好的耐腐蚀性。水性涂料具有安全环保的特点,被用于取代污染严重的溶剂型涂料,在许多领域都有着广泛的应用。但在水性涂料中添加钼酸盐的研究还比较少,因此,本文将对16Mn钢试样涂装一系列不同钼酸盐含量的水性环氧树脂涂层,模拟其在海水中的腐蚀行为,通过对比其耐腐蚀性能,尝试探索出相对较耐蚀的钼酸盐含量。
研究结果表明,涂层中的钼酸盐含量较低时会加速金属的腐蚀,之后涂层的耐蚀性能随钼酸盐含量的增加而提高,但钼酸盐含量过高时又会加速金属的腐蚀,最适宜的水性环氧树脂涂料中的钼酸盐含量约为1%。但水性环氧树脂膜层与基材的结合力不强,涂层在外界机械力的作用下容易脱落,所以在以后的研究中,对附着力的提高应是一个主要的方向。

Abstract:Molybdate is an anodic passivation inhibitor, due to non-toxic, non-polluting, good thermal stability, good coordination and other advantages more and more attention. Sodium molybdate is considered the best steel corrosion inhibitor in seawater. At present, molybdate has been widely used, but found that the use of its content has a great impact on its inhibition. In addition to adding molybdate directly to the solution, it can also be added to the coating, so that the coating has better corrosion resistance. Water-based paint has the characteristics of safety and environmental protection, used to replace the solvent-based paint pollution, in many areas have a wide range of applications. However, the addition of molybdate to aqueous coatings is still relatively small. Therefore, 16Mn steel samples coated with a series of different molybdate content of water-based epoxy resin coating to simulate the corrosion behavior in seawater, by comparing its corrosion resistance, try to explore the relatively durable molybdate content.
The results show that the lower molybdenum content in the coating will accelerate the corrosion of the metal, and then the corrosion resistance of the coating increases with the molybdenum content, but the molybdenum content is too high will accelerate the corrosion of metal, the most suitable water ring The molybdate content of the epoxy resin coating is about 1%. However, the adhesion of the waterborne epoxy resin film and the substrate is not strong, the coating is easy to fall off under the action of external mechanical force, so in the future study, the improvement of adhesion should be a major direction.
