    摘要本文通过细乳液聚合法,成功地制备了彩色墨粉用PYl7/PE蜡/电荷调节剂/苯丙树脂四元复合乳胶粒子。实验对乳化工艺进行优化,并采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、激光粒度分析仪、热重分析仪(TG)等对样品的形貌、粒度分布、热性能等进行了表征。研究了乳化剂的用量、蜡的用量、乳化转速的选择、引发剂的种类等对产品性能的影响。透射电镜图表明细乳液聚合法成功地将多组分包覆于树脂基体内。随着乳化剂的用量增多,会使乳胶粒子粒径减小。蜡的用量对乳胶粒子粒径影响不大,但过多会降低乳液稳定性。随着乳化速度的加快,乳胶粒子的平均粒径稍有下降,乳化速度过慢或过快都会降低乳液稳定性。26979

    Title   Research on the Preparation of Multicomponent     Nano Composite Latex Particles Used as Color Toner
    Abstract
    In this paper PYl7/ PE wax/styrene acrylic resin composite latex particles were prepared successfully by the mini-emulsion polymerization. The emulsification process was optimized. The particle size and the particle distribution of composite latex particles were measured by the particle size analyzer respectively, the morphology of the latex particles was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the thermal properties of the composite latex particles were analyzed by thermal gravimetric analyzer (TG). The effects of the amount of emulsifier, the quantity of wax, the emulsification speed and the choice of initiator species on the products were studied. The SEM results indicate that the multicomponent component were successfully encapsulated in the polymeric resin matrix using the emulsion polymerization. With the increase of the amount of emulsifier, the size of the latex particles will decrease. The amount of wax has little effect on the size of latex particles, but too much will decrease the stability of latex. The average size of latex particles will decrease slightly with the speed of emulsification, and the emulsion stability can decrease when the speed is too slow or too fast.
