摘要:愈创木酚是一种白色的或者淡黄色的结晶,其单体在常温常压下又能以淡黄色透明油状液体的状态纯在。愈创木酚有特殊的芳香气,自然界中存在于愈创木树脂、硬木干馏油以及松油中,是一种重要的精细化工反应中间体,常用于香精香料、医药及染料的合成。本文利用2-甲氧基环己醇脱氢制备愈创木酚,确定了几种理论上可行的复合负载催化剂,并按照设计要求进行了相关的实验。并且在实验过程中讨论了复合负载催化剂的用量,反应时间和反应温度对实验结果的影响。在使用了经过4%硫酸钠改性之后的45%NiAlK10催化剂进行2-甲氧基环己醇的催化脱氢后,有良好的实验结果。原料的转化率可以达到57.4%,得率在8.7%以上,同时总体转化率稳定,反应温度不需要太高,符合节能环保的绿色理念;另一方面,副反应也比较稳定,副产物主要为苯酚,其他杂质不多,也便于制备结束之后产品的分离和提纯。35668

Improving the Method of the Preparation of Guaiacol by 2-Methoxycyclohexanol
Abstract: Guaiacol is a white or yellowish crystals, which monomer at normal temperature and pressure but also to light yellow transparent oily liquid in pure state. Guaiacol has a special aroma, naturally occurring in guaiacyl resin, hardwood retorting oil and pine oil, and is an important chemical reaction intermediates, used in the synthesis of flavors and fragrances, pharmaceuticals and dyes. In this paper, 2-methoxy cyclohexanol dehydrogenation guaiacol, identified several theoretically feasible compound supported catalyst, and in accordance with the design requirements for the relevant experiments. And discussed the impact of the amount of compound supported catalyst, reaction time and temperature on the results of the experiment. After using 45% NiAlK10 after catalyst 4% sodium sulfate was modified after 2-methoxy cyclohexanol catalytic dehydrogenation, with good results. Although the idea of the expected yield of the product has not reached, but the overall conversion rate of raw materials is stable, it does not require high reaction temperatures, in line with energy saving green concept; on the other hand, side effects are relatively stable, the main byproduct of phenol, other much impurities, but also facilitate the preparation of the end product separation and purification.
