    摘要:双偶氮缩合颜料不仅增加了偶氮颜料中酰胺键的数量,同时还增大了偶氮颜料的分子量,弥补单偶氮颜料在耐光性、耐溶剂性和耐迁移性方面的不足,提高偶氮颜料的稳定性。本课题以企业提供的对硝基苯胺为原料,经重氮化后与乙酰乙酰苯胺偶合制备对硝基苯偶氮乙酰乙酰苯胺( [2-(4-硝基苯偶氮基)]-3-氧-N-苯基丁酰胺,用A表示)。进一步探究了A在双偶氮颜料合成中应用。即:将A中硝基还原后生成化合物2-(4-氨基苯偶氮基)]-3-氧-N-苯基丁酰胺(B),B再重氮化后,进而以色酚AS为偶合组分再次偶合反应,最终得到产物对苯双偶氮乙酰乙酰苯胺色酚颜料(4-((4-((1,3-二氧代-1-(苯基氨基)丁-2-基)二氮烯基)苯基)二氮烯基)-N-(2-乙氧基苯基)-3-羟基-2-萘甲酰胺)(C),化合物C鲜见文献报道,拟成为性能良好的新型有机颜料。再结合企业需求、小试合成工艺基础,绘制对硝基苯胺为原料制备化合物A及其还原产物B的概念性设计图。在本设计中,选用三个间歇反应器进行生产反应。主要完成了对硝基苯胺的重氮化、偶合、还原反应的生产设计及制图。43231

    The Preparation and Application of the 

    [2- (4- nitrobenzene azo group)]-3- oxygen -N- phenyl butyl amide

    Abstract: Disazo condensation pigments not only increases the number of amide bonds in the azo pigment, also increases the molecular weight of the azo pigment, compensate for monoazo pigment in light resistance, resistance to solvent and resistance to migration of insufficient, to improve the stability of the azo pigment. The subject enterprise provide p-nitroaniline as raw material, through diazotization and acetoacetanilide coupling of preparing p-nitro azo acetoacetanilide ([2 - (4-nitrophenyl azo)] - oxygen - N - phenyl butyl amide, a representation). Further research on the application of A in the synthesis of azo pigment. Namely: a reduction of nitro group after generation compound 2 - (4-amino phenyl azo group)] - oxygen - N - phenyl butyl amide (b), B diazotization and naphthol as as the coupling component pided again coupling reaction, the final product of benzene azo acetoacetanilide naphthol as pigments (4 - (4 - (1,3 bis oxo - 1-tightening (4-aminophenyl) Ding - 2 - methyl) 2 n vinyl) phenyl) nitrogen alkenyl) - N - (2 - Ethyl phenyl) - 3 - hydroxy - 2 - naphthalene carboxamide (c)) and C compounds reported in the literature is rare, intends to become the good performance of the new type organic pigments. Coupled with the needs of the enterprise, pilot synthesis technology foundation, rendering of p-nitroaniline as a raw material for preparing compounds a and B product concept design of graph reduction. In this design, two batch reactors were used to produce the reaction. The production design and drawing of the heavy nitriding, coupling and reduction reaction of nitro aniline were mainly completed.
