摘要:本论文主要内容是聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂的研制,并对制成的絮凝剂的对磷吸附性能做进一步测试。采用无水氯化铝和六水合三氯化铁按照不同的铝、铁离子摩尔比以及不同的碱化度制备聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂,先按一定摩尔比的称取相应质量的无水氯化铝和六水合三氯化铁,在室温下按200r/min的速度搅拌15分钟后,按照欲配制的碱化度,在300r/min的搅拌速度下,添加一定量的1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液,然后继续搅拌120分钟后制得棕红色聚合氯化铝铁溶液,定容,使得每份溶液的铝、铁离子的总浓度为0.05mol/L。48981
结果表明,聚合氯化铝铁有良好的除浊效果,絮凝性能高于聚合氯化铝或聚合氯化铁絮凝剂。聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂的絮凝性能与絮凝剂中的铝铁摩尔比、碱化度B、反应时间、反应温度以及滴加碱溶液的速度有关。聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂的碱化度B可设定在0.6-2.4范围内,制备聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂的反应时间可设定为2.5小时。

Study on phosphorus adsorption characteristics of polymeric aluminum ferric chloride
Abstract: The main content of this paper is the preparation of polymeric aluminum ferric chloride ferric chloride, and further tests on the phosphorus adsorption properties of the prepared flocculant. In accordance with the different aluminum, iron ion molar ratio and different basicity of polymeric aluminum ferric chloride flocculant by anhydrous aluminum chloride and ferric chloride hexahydrate, first according to the certain molar ratio take corresponding quality of aluminum chloride, anhydrous and hydrated ferric chloride, at room temperature according to 200R / min speed stirring for 15 minutes, in accordance with the desire for preparation of alkalinity, under 300r / min of stirring speed, add a certain amount of 1 mol / L NaOH solution, and continue stirring for 120 minutes after of brownish red polymerization aluminum ferric chloride solution, constant volume, making each solution of aluminum and iron from the total concentration of 0.05mol/l.
The results show that the polymerization aluminum ferric chloride has good turbidity removal effect and flocculation performance is higher than that of polymerization aluminum chloride or ferric chloride flocculant polymerization. Polymeric aluminum ferric chloride flocculation and flocculation of the molar ratio of Fe and Al, alkalization degree (b), reaction time, reaction temperature and drop with alkali solution speed. Polymeric aluminum ferric chloride flocculant of basification degree (b) can be set within the range of 0.6-2.4, of preparing polymerization aluminum ferric chloride reaction time can be set to 2.5 hours.
