摘要:纳米NiO薄膜或厚膜已用于检测一些炸药和有毒气体,比如甲醛,一氧化碳,氢气,氨气和一氧化氮。最近,研究一直努力致力于控制其形态,形状和形貌,如纳米粒子,纳米棒和纳米线。本论文通过水热法分别制备了氧化亚铜、氧化镍和氧化亚铜/氧化镍复合物。通过X-射线衍射光谱(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)和红外光谱(IR)对所得产物进行了表征。从XRD的图谱显示的结果,发现氧化镍和氧化亚铜在转变成不同形态时趋势不同。而且在复合之后生成了与两种晶体不同的宽峰,说明生成了少量的新型晶体。 红外光谱的结果说明由水热法制备目标产物的过程中会产生前驱体碱式碳酸镍和碱式碳酸铜,然后在300摄氏度煅烧两小时后获得的晶体更趋向于薄片状。透射电镜的结果清晰显示我们已经通过水热法制备并得到了四方形的氧化亚铜以及正六边形氧化镍的片状形态。48996

The preparation and characterization of NiO-Cu2O nanocomposite
Abstract: Nano NiO film or thick film has been used to detect a number of explosive and toxic gases, such as formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, ammonia and nitric oxide. Recently, researchers have been working hard to control the form, shape and morphology, such as nanoparticles, nanorods and nanowires. In this paper, by hydrothermal method were prepared cuprous oxide, nickel oxide and copper / nickel oxide composite. By X- ray diffraction spectrum (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) of the resulting products were characterized. From the results of XRD patterns show and found nickel oxide and copper oxide into the different trends in different forms when. And after generating the composite with two crystals of different broad, instructions for generating a small amount of new crystals. The results illustrate the process by the infrared spectrum prepared by hydrothermal method will produce the desired product of precursor basic nickel carbonate and basic copper carbonate, and then the crystal was calcined at 300 ° C for two hours tend to get flaky. TEM results clearly show that we have been prepared by hydrothermal method and got a sheet form square and hexagonal copper oxide nickel oxide.
