摘要:本文研究填料对于酚醛环氧/PVB涂层工艺参数、硬度、附着力、耐高温性能的影响。通过控制不同温度,时间等因素提高涂层附着力。配制溶液以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)和线性酚醛环氧树脂(EPN)为原料,把PVB溶解在乙酸乙酯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的3:1体积比的溶液中,以DMP-30为催化剂,发生固化反应。通过实验,PVB和EPN的最佳固化条件为:羟基与环氧基摩尔比5:1,烘箱150℃加热10h,催化剂DMP-30的用量为酚醛环氧树脂的0.1%,以此条件制备得到的涂料具有较好的硬度,附着力与抗氧化性,涂膜的铅笔硬度为5H,划圈法测附着力为1-2级。今后高性能酚醛树脂的改性研究仍将围绕增韧、耐热及成型加工方面进行。随着应用领域的拓展和改性研究的不断深入,必将给古老的酚醛树脂注入新的活力,使之得到进一步得发展。69514

Study on the aging resistance of phenolic epoxy coating
Abstract: :In this paper, the effect of fillers on the process parameters, hardness, adhesion and high temperature resistance of phenolic epoxy /PVB coating was studied. By controlling the different temperature,time and other factors to improve the adhesion of the coating. The solution prepared with polyvinyl butyral (PVB) and linear phenolic epoxy resin (EPN) as raw materials, The PVB dissolved in ethyl acetate and N, N- two formamide (DMF) in the solution of the 3:1 volume ratio, Using DMP-30 as catalyst, Curing reaction. Through experiment, The optimum curing conditions for PVB and EPN are: The hydroxyl and epoxy mole ratios 5:1, Oven 150 degrees heating 10h, The amount of catalyst DMP-30 was 0.1% of phenolic epoxy resin, The coating prepared by this condition has good hardness, adhesion and oxidation resistance, The pencil hardness of the film is 5H, The circle method is used to measure the adhesion of 1-2. In the future, the research on the modification of high performance phenolic resin will focus on toughening, heat resistance and molding. With the development of the application field and the deepening of the research on the modification, it is bound to inject new vitality into the old phenolic resin and make it develop further.
