摘要在人们环保意识越来越强的今天无烟烟花或微烟烟花是烟花爆竹行业发展的必然趋 势多气孔单基球扁药是一种洁净的新型烟花药剂,与传统烟花药剂黑火药相比它的爆热 高,比容大,做功能力强,燃烧产物中残渣少,可以称为无烟烟花药剂。本文为了评价其 在实际生产过程中的安全性,使用或模拟国家标准试验方法,测定无烟烟花装药的机械感 度,火焰感度和抗震性能等性质。试验结果表明,块状无烟烟花装药的撞击感度,摩擦感 度和抗震性远远优于传统烟花药剂黑火药。可以替代传统烟花药剂黑火药成为行业的新 宠儿。但是无烟装药的火焰感度较高,在实际生产过程中需注意安全。74320

Title based on mulit-pores single-base flat spherical propellant
Abstract In the growing awareness of environmental protection today, smokeless tobacco or light fireworks are inevitable trend of development of the fireworks industry。 Multi-pore base ball flat single drug is a new clean fireworks agents, compared with the traditional fireworks Pharmacy black powder, its explosion heat,specific volume and working capacity are higher, small combustion product residue,which can be called non-smoking fireworks agents。 In this paper, in order to evaluate it safety in the actual production process。To determine of the nature of the charge smokeless fireworks mechanical sensitivity, flame sensitivity and seismic performance,analog or national standard test method is used。 The results show that the impact sensitivity massive charge of smokeless fireworks, friction sensitivity and shock resistance is far superior to the traditional fireworks and black powder medicament。 It can replace the traditional fireworks gunpowder agents become the new darling of the industry。 However, higher sensitivity smokeless flame of charge, in the actual production process should pay attention to safety。
