摘要为改变水流动性高,利用率的缺点,将水系灭火剂制成凝胶状,得到凝胶灭火剂。通 过灭火实验检测阻燃剂配方的灭火能力,得到满足灭火要求的阻燃剂配方;对凝胶剂的 凝胶能力和方法进行对比,挑选出了阻燃剂 A1%、阻燃剂 F1。5%、阻燃剂 G3%、表面活性 剂 A1%、自备凝胶剂 D5%这样的最佳配方。经过试验尝试不同的配制方法将两者结合,即 得到了按质量浓度阻燃剂 A1%、阻燃剂 F1。5%、阻燃剂 G3%、表面活性剂 A1%、自备凝胶 剂 D5%这样的配方。其灭火能力对比液体时没有减弱,A 类火能在 10 秒左右扑灭,B 类火 灭火实验用时在也在 10 秒,E 类火灭火实验用时和剂量分别为 5 秒和 60ml,对 F 类火扑 灭用时在 10-15 秒,用量为 60-100ml。且其拥有良好生物适应性,能作为培养基质。77091

AbstractFor the high dynamic change the flow of water, the utilization rate of the shortcomings, will water extinguishing agent made of gel, gel fire extinguishing agent。 Through the detection of flame retardant fire extinguishing experiment formula of fire extinguishing ability, meet fire retardant fire requirements; to gel ability and method of the gel, selected 阻燃剂 A1%, borax 1。5%,ammonium oxalate 3%, fluorocarbon gel 1%, self A5% that the best formula。 Through the test to try different preparation methods of the combination of the two, which are 阻燃剂 A1%, borax 1。5%, ammonium oxalate 3%, fluorocarbon 1%,gel A 5% this formula。 No weakened ability compared with the liquid fire, a fire can be extinguished in 10 seconds, class B fire extinguishing experiment also in 10 seconds, class E fire extinguishing experiment with time and dose were 5 seconds and 60ml for class F fire with 10-15 seconds when the dosage is 60-100ml。and it has good biocompatibility, can be used as training stroma。
