摘要近几十年来,我国火电厂氮氧化物(NOX)排放量的逐年递增。大量的氮氧化物(NOX)排放造成的环境问题日益严重而受到人们的广泛重视。SCR脱硝技术具有清洁性、高效性等优点,目前以成为国内控制NOX排放的主流技术,但由于我国并未掌握其核心技术且我国燃煤成分与国外的差异等,发展研究符合国情的SCR脱硝技术已经成为重中之重。78769
本论文是以某火电厂的SCR脱硝系统为基准,采用CFD软件Fluent对其反应器入口烟道进行计算模拟优化。同时优化控制系统,提高脱硝效率、降低氨逃逸率。
本设计工作的主要内容是:通过对SCR反应入口烟道的流场数值模拟,提出不同的导流板分布方案、喷氨涡流混合器布置方案,分析其流场分布情况,通过对比分析选出最合理的方案;优化自动控制技术,提高喷氨调节精度,进一步提高脱硝效率。

Title Study on Optimization and reconstruction technology of SCR flue gas denitrification technology
Abstract In recent decades, the NOX dischange produced by thermal power plants has been Incresed year by year。The environment problems caused by a large mount of NOX emissions have been more and more serious,and arouse peoples wide attention。SCR denitrification technology is clean and efficient,and it has been the main technology to control NOX emissions。But now our country has not grasp key technology of it,and the coal combustion is different from other countries。So developing a SCR denitrification technology that conform to our national conditions has been more and more important。
This paper is based on SCR dentrification system in a thermal power plant,and calculate and simulated its reactor inlet flue by Fluent。At rhe same time,increased denitrification efficiency and decreased ammonia slip by using high efficient control system。
The major elements in this design work:Through numerical simulation of flow field to SCR reactor inlet flue,we proposed different case of flow guide plate distribution,case of spraying ammonia vorter mixer,to analysis the conditions of guide plate distribution,we selected the most reasonable scheme;optimization automatic control technology,increased accurcay,further improve the efficiency of denitrification。
