摘要白色发光二级管具有稳定、高效、节能、安全等许多优点被称为第四代照明光源,在节能和环保的同时拥有广阔的市场前景。因此LED荧光粉的制备也就越来越被人们所重视。具有白钨矿结构的钼酸盐材料则是一种拥有化学性质稳定,发光效率高,显色良好,色衰小等优点的材料,因此稀土掺杂钼酸盐荧光粉则被视为一种很有发展前景的材料。79579

本文主要选用水热法合成SrLa2(MoO4)4材料,通过控制反应过程中的条件,在不同反应时间,前驱液中不同谷氨酸的用量,以及不同钼酸根的比例的条件下,用XRD以及SEM对所得产物进行表征分析,最终得到能合成拥有最佳形貌产物的条件。

以SrLa2(MoO4)4为基质单一掺杂不同浓度的Tb3+/Dy3+/Eu3+以及共掺杂Eu3+与Tb3+/Dy3+、Sm3+与Tb3+/Dy3+制备了荧光粉。通过对所得产物激发光谱以及发射光谱的分析了解荧光粉的发光性能,研究掺杂不同浓度稀土离子对于发光性能的影响。最终合成出最适合的荧光粉,为新型稀土发光材料的研究做出贡献,同时也是为了能源与环境作出贡献。

Controllable synthesis and study on the properties of SrLa2(MoO4)4

Abstract Due to its stability,high efficiency,less energy consuming ,safety and many other advantages, the white light emitting diode is called the forth generation illumination light source。Except less energy consuming and environment protection,it also shows a broad market prospect。That is the reason why more and more people attach importance to the preparation of LED phosphor。Molybdate material,featured with scheelite structure,is a kind of high-quality material with chemical stability,high luminous efficiency,good color was,less color attenuation and other advantages。Thus rare earth doped molybdate phosphor is regarded as a kind of new material,whose future is very promising。:

This article mainly selects hydrothermal to compound SrLa2(MoO4)4 material。We control the reaction conditions。In different times,different amount of glutamate in the precursor fluid and different Molybdate ratios,we make perform characterization analysis to the the resultant product,using XRE and SEM。Finally we will get the conditions that can synthesize the product with the best topography。

We take SrLa2(MoO4)4 as the matrix,doping different concentrations of Tb3+/Dy3+/Eu3+andEu3+ 、Tb3+/Dy3+、Sm3+、 Tb3+/Dy3+,to make preparation of phosphor。We make analyses to the excitation spectra and emission spectra of the resultant product to find out the luminous properties of phosphors。Besides,we learn the effects of rare earth ions doped with different concentrations on the luminescent properties were investigated。Finally,we will synthesize most suitable phosphor,make contributions to the study of New Rare Earth Luminescent Materials。We will contribute to environment protection。
