总说明本次设计参照某地区小型污水处理厂,该厂所处理的污水多为服务区附近的居民生活污水。其中污水平均日设计流量为45000m3/d,污水水质为:COD=300mg/L,SS=200mg/L,TN=35mg/L,BOD5=160mg/L,NH3-N=25mg/L。79601
污水处理厂的出水水质要求达到《上海市污水综合排放标准》GB 31199—2009中一级标准,即BOD5≤20mg/L,SS≤60mg/L,COD≤80mg/L,TP≤0。5mg/L,NH3-N≤10mg/L,TN≤25mg/L。
本设计中根据进水水质及出水水质要求、未来人口的增长、污水厂处理污水能力等条件,通过方案比较,采用改良氧化沟工艺处理该城市污水。该工艺按照硝化,反硝化程序设计运行,抗冲击负荷能力强,运行管理方便。原混合污水生物处理经过格栅、污水提升泵房、沉砂池、改良氧化沟、二沉池等构筑物。在污水生物处理过程中产生的污泥送至浓缩池、脱水机房一并处置,处理后的污泥通过船运的方式运送到松江区松亭园艺场。
