摘要本论文的主要研究目标为一种多金属氧酸盐,这是一类主要由过渡金属和氧组成的化合物,具有同核和异核两个类别,英文一般简称为POMs,中文名为杂多酸。杂多酸研究发展至今,具有三个显著的历史阶段,从第一次发现多酸,到Miolati-Rosenheim学说提出后的深入研究,再到如今当代的研究发展状况,都标志着杂多酸越来越引起世界各地广大化学前沿研究者的关注。而之所以多酸能越来越引起广大化学研究员的关注,主要原因则在于它的广泛应用方面,特别显著的效果就是它在催化剂以及药物研究方面。在催化剂方面,它表现出有别于传统催化剂的良好优势,它具有四大显著特性:高调控性、高活性、高稳定性和高的热稳定性,并且这一类催化剂具有反应条件温和,没有毒性,没有腐蚀性以及可用于均质和异构系统的强大优势。另一个方面,在药物研究上,对于药物的分离、鉴定、化学毒物的毒理学研究和生物材料的分析这五个方面,杂多酸表现出了显著的优势和重要影响,随着当代多酸研究的不断深入,世界各地的化学研究员们又陆续在多肽链、蛋白质、酶催化的生物研究中加入Anderson结构多金属氧酸盐化合物,并发现它具有抗凝血、抗风湿的作用,而这些也即是多金属氧酸盐越来越引起大家的广泛关注的原因。目前,随着历史的进展,研究的深入,我们将杂多酸命名了六种经典的结构,分别为:Keggin结构,Dawson结构,Anderson结构,Waugh结构,Silverton结构,Lindqvist结构。而本论文的主要研究设计类型为Anderson结构的一种多金属氧酸盐。我们的合成方法是以Anderson型杂多酸为切入点,在多酸上引入功能化的有机基团。先利用六水合氯化铝和二水合钼酸钠合成母体,再利用季戊四醇对母体进行单侧修饰,再等其自然冷却静置结晶,从而合成我们所需要的产物Al-Anderson结构多酸催化剂。82099
