摘 要随着融合教育的概念浮出水面,学前期的融合更是成为了必然趋势。本文借由此发展趋势,以学前融合教育的安置形态、教学策略、教学活动设计以及环境规划为基础点,以自我的角色——普通幼儿教师的视角为切入点,选取6名班里有特殊教育需要儿童的幼儿教师,主要就教育理念、管理能力、课程设计、教学方法、学习情境和家园沟通这六个方面进行半结构化深度访谈,了解到幼儿教师对学前融合教育的认知和理解不够深入;无法对特殊教育需要的儿童提供更好的有效的教育支持;家园沟通密切但没有实质性进展,同事间缺乏有效的沟通。并对此现状提出增强幼儿教师的学前融合教育意识,提升自我教育能力,积极与幼儿园、专业团队及家长相互配合的建议。89228
