摘 要2011年起,教师资格认证考试不再由各省份自行组织,而是统一由教育部组织考试,也就是教师资格证进行改革后将实行国家考试(简称“国考”)。按照中国教育部要求,师范生和非师范生均可先后通过“国考”的笔试和面试方可具备成为教师资格。因教师资格证考生范围的扩大,综观全国整个幼儿教师领域,跨专业从事幼儿教师的人数并非少数,尤其是在我国广大农村地区。如此庞大的非学前教育学历背景的人员在2011年后开始涌入幼教队伍,必将引起原有幼教行业的适应与调整。非学前专业幼儿教师职前对幼教职业是怎样的认识,职初会出现怎样的职业困惑,幼儿园将怎样调整与应对随之带来的问题都值得我们关注。
职业困惑指个体对职业当前发展状况焦虑、对职业发展前景信心不足因而产生的一种心理反应。幼儿教师的职业认识对于幼儿教师的专业成长具有重要的意义,首先幼儿教师对自己职业的认识是她们获得长足的发展的前提,其次, 准确的职业认识还是促进幼儿教师发展的内在动力。幼儿教师如果有较准确的职业认识,那么她必然能以澎湃的热情和积极地心态投入到自己工作中去,这对其高质量高效率地完成工作有巨大的推动作用。因此非学前幼儿园教师作为幼儿教师队伍的一份子,准确的职业认识对于她们来说举足轻重。89520
通过对非学前专业幼儿教师进行访谈调查发现,浙江省非学前专业幼儿教师转行原因多样,职前对幼教职业认识存在偏差。入职初期普遍存在职业困惑,其中“胜任情况”“职业目标”“情绪情感”三因素的困惑程度较高;
建议分为三个主体,对于非学前专业幼儿教师而言首先入职前期做好心态的调整和充分的准备,其次入职初期做好可行的目标规划和合理归因。对于幼儿园而言,首先在入职初期帮助非学前专业幼儿教师实现角色的切换,其次提供因人制宜的培养培训,再者应加强非学前专业幼儿教师职业生涯规划指导。对于高等教育部而言,首先提高整个幼教职业社会声望和经济地位,其次“国考”中可增加职业认识的内容。
