摘要在社会飞速发展的进程中，我国的教育也被摆在越来越重要的位置上。考试对不同的学生有不同的影响。对于部分学生而言，则会出现焦虑的现象。本文通过对酒钢三中的高三学生的问卷调查，分析高三学生的现状与原因，得出学生焦虑的原因主要包括学生自身的因素和外部因素。其中自身因素包括学生的人格特点与态度、学生对压力的认知和学生的自我心理状态，外部因素则是家庭与学校两方面。最后从社会工作视角出发运用个案工作、小组工作和社区工作三大社会工作方法为学生提出相关的建议和对策，以促进学生改善自己的焦虑情况。71722

Abstract With the rapid development of society, our country's education is occupied for important position. For some students, there will be a phenomenon of anxiety.The article by questionnaire survey to get the consequence for students，it analyzes the present situation and the reasons of high three students, it is concluded that the cause of the students' anxiety mainly includes the student's own factors and external factors. Its own factors include the students' personality characteristics and attitude, students' awareness of pressure and the students' self psychology, external factors are two aspects of family and school. Finally, from the perspective of social work use case work, group work and community work three social work method for students to put forward relevant Suggestions and countermeasures, in order to promote students to improve their anxiety.
