摘要：通过对农村幼儿教师生存状况常见问题展开调查研究，在了解的基础上，提高农村幼儿教师的专业素质，完备农村幼儿教育，减轻农村幼儿教师的工作压力，提高整体教育水平，改善其生存环境。鉴于此，本文通过文献研究法和问卷调查法，以三门峡某地区农村幼儿教师生存状况常见问题展开调查。本文主要从农村幼儿教师的工资待遇、工作压力、教师专业成长等方面进行分析，并追溯原因。在此基础上，提出部分合理的建议：农村幼儿园要扩大资金来源;农村幼儿园要完善内部管理;农村幼儿教师要注重自我成长;农村幼儿园要加强对幼儿家长的引导。82566

The Common Problem of Rural Preschool Teachers’ Survival Condition and Solution

Abstract:The research about common problems of rural preschool teachers’ living conditions, on the basis of the understanding of the current situation of Teachers, which can improve teachers' professional quality of the rural preschool, and complete preschool education in rural areas, in the same time it can reduce the working pressure of the rural preschool teachers, raising the overall level of education and improve their living environment。 For that reason, We take the survey about the common problem of rural preschool teachers’ survival condition in the area of San menxia city by literature research method and questionaire survey method。We mainly analyses the teachers’ salary,the condition of kindergartens and the development of techers’ majors。We trace reason about the common problems。On this basis,we put forward resonable and effective suggestions。For example,the teachers’professional qualities of rural kindergarten need to be improved;Rural kindergatens need to expand sources of funding and improve internal management;Preshool teachers should improve their own constantly;rural kindergartens should continue to strengthen the guidance for parents。
