摘要:中国是一个人口大国,也是就业压力最大的国家之一。近年来,随着中国经济融入世界的步伐越来越快,我国对外劳务输出成为一个热门话题,也获得了长足发展。劳务输出是缓解我国就业压力,促进国际经济合作,支持国内经济建设的重要途径,在大力发展劳务输出的同时我们也要看到我国劳务输出存在的问题并力图去寻求解决这些问题的对策。对外劳动力输出是有效配置劳动资源的重要内容,具有重要的经济与社会价值。但我国的劳动力人口输出不仅存在着规模小、信息渠道不通畅、劳务输出的人员文化素质不高、劳务输出人员的健康安全问题不被重视等问题,而且存在着对外劳务法律制度不完善、权益保护法律意识不强、对外劳务输出的管理体制不够健全等问题。我国的劳动力对外输出,有着广阔的发展前景。这就需要政府重视劳务输出市场的拓展与研究、加强疏通对外劳务输出的信息渠道、加强外派劳务输出人员的素质,提高劳动力对外输出层次、建立完善的对外劳务输出的法律体系、建立健全统一管理和协调劳务输出的机构、完善的对外劳务输出的社会服务支持系统、建立有效的多边磋商机制、营造对外劳动力输出良好的外部环境等。24256 毕业论文关键词: 劳务输出,劳动资源配置,法律体系,社会服务支持系统
