Abstract：In international trade, dumping and anti-dumping is a common phenomenon, with the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, the world market gradually saturated, shall carry out the protection of their trade anti-dumping gradually to an importer of weapons, and the contradiction of dumping and anti-dumping between countries is increasingly fierce。 In recent years, our country's economy and speeding up the growth of foreign trade, this marks the prelude to our country facing the trade friction will be rising, and even affect the normal export of our country's products。 Most of our export product price is cheap, related industries in some countries there will be some impact, as a result, these countries will take anti-dumping measures to protect their own industries; And our country imports mainly land intensive products, import share is bigger, other international by means of dumping, obtain competitive at low price。 Thus on relevant domestic industries and enterprises caused great damage。 In the double impact of dumping and anti-dumping and test, we have learned that reasonably adopt anti-dumping means to maintain the importance of fair and reasonable import environment in our country。 In this article, through the analysis of the status quo of China's foreign trade anti-dumping, reasoning out problems that exist in the anti-dumping of foreign trade in our country, and puts forward Suggestions to solve these problems, in order to better protect the national industry and the domestic market, in the increasingly fierce international market, to gain a foothold and make greater profits。
