摘要随着我国互联网、移动互联网以及经济的全球化和共享化的快速发展,在国内以阿里巴巴速卖通、敦煌网、兰亭集势、米兰网、易唐网为首的优质的跨境电商平台在近几年来不断地出现,不断的变革创新,不断的将跨境电商贸易模式在我国的主要的贸易模式中占比越来越大,已经成为我国出口的一个新的趋势,以及打开贸易窗口的新突破口。华福公司作为一家在我国医用器械行业的中型企业,在贸易转型的风口浪尖,将部分的重心放在了阿里巴巴国际站上。本文通过以华福公司国际站作为一个切入点,分析了战略管理的基本办法;根据实际的运营数据,把他们的公司的内部情况以及规模作为依托,对他们的今后发展的环境以及竞争态势进行分析。通过对于华福阿里巴巴国际站的数据分析,通过对企业内部环境,外部环境,经营情况以及目前的国际站问题的分析之后,最终通过总结华福的外部机遇以及威胁,内部优势和劣势。最后得出,华福的未来企业的战略目标和规划:在阿里巴巴国际站上成为行业top、品牌管理战略、细分市场战略、产品战略管理和供应链管理。89281
