摘    要 2015年，国家提出“一带一路”的发展战略，新疆被纳入这一重大国家战略规划之中，已成为“一带一路”战略的核心地区。棉花产业一直是新疆农业的重要组成部分，而“一带一路”沿线是全球棉花产业的集中地区，棉花产业作为劳动力密集型产品一直处于产业链的中、低端位置。故“一带一路”战略对新疆棉花产业的发展而言既是机遇也是挑战。85225

本文在“一带一路”这一大背景下，对新疆棉花产业发展及其效益展开研究。首先，从概念界定和文献综述等角度入手，为论文的研究提供理论依据。其次，分析“一带一路”沿线国家的棉花产业概况和政策、投资环境。然后探析新疆棉花产业的发展，继而分析 “一带一路”背景下新疆棉花产业所遇到的机遇与挑战。最后，本文对新疆棉花产业的发展提出建议。
