The Application of ESOP in State-owned Enterprises in China
Abstract:The continuous deepening of reform and opening, the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan that is an important means to improve the state-owned enterprise property right is not clear, stimulate human capital to improve operating ability. ESOP employee stock ownership is not voluntary, facing the scale, improper lack of unified legislation and other issues.
