摘要：中美贸易在不断地发展，中美商品贸易结构引起了越来越多人的关注，中美商品贸易结构正不断升级优化，实现了以初级产品为主向工业制成品为主的转型，劳动密集型产品比重降低，完成以资本技术密集型产品为主的转型。美国作为中国最重要的贸易伙伴国，在一定程度上，中美商品贸易结构能够折射出目前中国商品贸易的现状以及中国商品在各贸易伙伴之间的竞争力，从而反映出中国在国际分工中所处的位置。在商品贸易结构上，中美有着很强的互补性，为了达到两个国家的双赢，调整进出口贸易政策应当放在首位，增强贸易往来的同时使贸易结构最优化。本文对中美两国进出口贸易商品结构进行对比和辨析，从而探讨中美两国在对外贸易进出口商品结构存在中国出口美国的商品结构低级化，商品结构变化存在矛盾，中国技术密集型产品的进口过于依赖美国以及国际地位不高等问题，研究商品贸易结构变化的影响因素如美国在华的直接投资，两国的产业结构和政策及两国经济增长，与此同时针对于这些影响因素，提出优化中美商品贸易结构的建议。42847

Commodity Trade Structure of Sino-US Trade and Influencing Factors Research 

Abstract: The Sino-US trade is developing, we have paid more attention to the structure of Sino-US trade. The Sino-US commodities trade structure of export is improving, which has achieved the shift from primary products to manufactured products and the shift from labor intensive goods to technology intensive goods. As China's international status and international competitiveness is increasing, China is slowly stepping into the trade power countries line, is gradually becoming a trade power country. The United States is the largest developed countries, at the same time also is one of China's most important trading partners, to a certain extent, the goods trade structure between China and the United States reflect the current status of China's trade in goods and the competitiveness between China and international trade partners, which also reflects the position in the international pision of labor. About the commodity trade structure. China and the United States has a very strong complementarity, in order to achieve a win-win situation, the two countries should adjust the import and export trade policy firstly, at the same time strengthen trade and make the trade structure realize optimization. In this paper, I analyse the United States and China import and export trade commodity structure, in comparison, I find out problems existing in the foreign trade import and export commodity structure between China and the United States. The trade structure shows that the influence factors of commodity trade structure, at the same time I put forward the suggestions for the optimization of China's foreign trade policy.
