摘要：中越两国贸易历史久远，2006年11月7日越南通过了世贸组织安理会的批准加入世贸组织，越南正式成为WTO的第150名成员。越南入世至今近十年，随着经济全球化的加快和中国-东盟自贸区的建成，中越贸易在新时期取得了进一步的发展。越南入世不仅给中越贸易带来了发展机遇，同时也带来了不少挑战。本文研究分析越南入世后中越贸易现状和两国贸易存在的问题，分析越南入世对中越贸易产生的影响，结合历史和现实情况，提出发展对策，以此促进中越贸易的健康持续发展。论文首先阐述了选题研究背景和意义，然后从越南入世后的中越贸易总额，进出口贸易商品组成，贸易投资这三方面来分析中越贸易现状，分析得出中国在中越贸易中处顺差地位，而越南依旧处于逆差地位并还在扩大。其次影响两国贸易深化发展的原因是中越贸易商品结构层次低，科技含量低，然后分析了越南入世后给中越贸易带来的有利和不利影响。最后根据本文研究结论，就怎样在WTO框架下推动中越贸易发展提出几点建议。43775

The influence and Development Countermeasures of Sino Vietnam trade since Vietnam joined the WTO

Abstract: Sino Vietnam trade has a long history, the General Council of the World Trade Organization formally approved the accession of Vietnam joins the World Trade Organization of the relevant documents in November 7, 2006 , Vietnam officially became the 150th member of the WTO. It has been ten years since Vietnam joined the WTO, with the acceleration of economic globalization and the completion of China ASEAN Free Trade Area, China-Vietnam trade has made further development in the new era. Vietnam's accession to the WTO not only brings opportunities for development, but also brings a lot of challenges. This paper mainly analyze current Sino Vietnam trade situation and trade problems between two countries after Vietnam's accession to the WTO, and analyze the influence on trade between China and Vietnam brought by the Vietnam's accession to the WTO, then proposed development countermeasures combined with the history and reality of the situation, so as to promote the sustainable healthy development of trade between China and Vietnam. This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of research, then analyze the current situation of trade between China and Vietnam from the Vietnam's total trade, import and export commodity composition,trade and investment after Vietnam's accession to the WTO, then conclude that China is in the status of surplus between China and Vietnam trade, while Vietnam still in a deficit position and is still expanding. Secondly, the low Sino Vietnamese trade commodity structure level and technology content, affect the deepening development of bilateral trade. Thirdly, analyze the positive and negative influence on Sino Vietnamese trade after Vietnam's accession to the WTO. Finally according to the conclusion of this study, put forward some suggestions on how to promote trade development under the framework of WTO.
