ABSTRACT
Market issuance and bond trading places is the bond market, and as an indispensable in the financial market, it is no exaggeration to say that the bond market is a vital part of the economic system. A mature and unified bond market for the entire stock market function and improve the efficiency of influence. It can be said that a good corporate bond market development, orderly development to actively promote China's economy. This paper mainly from the development of the corporate bond market in our country, analyzes the problems and solutions in the development of China's corporate bond market. And found that the development of China's bond market in the development of relatively slow, and its function has not been fully effective play, and China's economic status does not match. And because of low liquidity and various institutional constraints, there are many problems such as unreasonable market structure. This article on how to solve a series of problems, effectively promote the development of China's bond market and puts forward related suggestions and policy.

1.1研究背景与研究意义
1.1.1研究背景
我国《企业债券管理条例》是由国务院在1993年时进行颁布的，该条例从颁布至今一直作为对企业债券进行管理的基本法规，我国批准发行的地方企业债券和中央企业债券，所筹得的资金主要是用于技术改造和基本建设项目。而我国的债券的发行历史并不久远，至今仅只有60多年的历史。虽然，目前我国的债券市场的发展已算较为快速，但企业债券市场仍然存在着各种问题，各式各样的非法集资屡禁不止，逾期不兑付的企业债券依然存在，市场化程度上的不足，风险管理约束不足等诸多问题，从这些问题中可知我国的市场经济与发达国家相较仍存在较大的差距，但在我国债券市场存在问题的同时也意着我国在发展的过程中有着更加宽阔的进步空间。
