【摘要】本文从上市公司利润操纵的背景着手，分析了利润操纵的后果及影响；通过案列分析了上市公司进行利润操纵的目的和采取的手段，并结合具体案例的分析提出了加快建设并完善内部审计控制系统、增加信息的透明度，加强关联方交易披露的发展，提高会计信息披露制度，加强对会计人员职业道德教育等对策和建议，以期更好地读懂和识别上市公司的财报，实现更好的监管和投资等。50490

Analysis on the problem of profit manipulation of listing Corporation

Abstract: start from the profits of listed companies manipulated the background, analysis of the impact of profit manipulation; through the case series analysis for listed companies to manipulate profits and take the means, combined with analysis of specific cases of the proposed processing enterprise and state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission, accelerate the construction and perfect the internal audit control system, increasing the information transparency, strengthen the disclosure of related party transactions of the development, improve accounting information disclosure system, strengthen the accounting staff of professional ethics education countermeasures and suggestions, to better understand and identify the listed company's earnings to achieve better regulation and investment.
