摘  要：随着经济的快速发展，我国城市化进程加快，城市化率平均每年以一个百分点的速度增长。在这样的背景下，基础设施建设投资需求增大，海门建筑业迎来了发展的契机。本文概括了海门建筑业的发展现状，就其出现的建筑企业规模悬殊、施工安全管理不规范、分包制度不完善、核心技术竞争力不强等问题进行分析。同时针对这些问题，提出加强建筑企业结构调整、加强施工安全管控、完善分包管理制度和坚持“科技兴企”战略等措施，以促进海门建筑业更好地发展，早日实现从“建筑之乡”向“建筑之城”的跨越。57102

Abstract：With the rapid development of economy, China's urbanization process is accelerated, the urbanization rate is growing at one percent per year on average. In this context, the infrastructure construction investment demand, haimen construction industry ushered in the opportunity of development. This paper summarizes haimen construction development present situation, with respect to its scale disparity, construction safety management of construction enterprises is not perfect, the subcontract system, such problems as core technology competitiveness are analyzed. To solve these problems at the same time, put forward to strengthen the construction enterprise restructuring, strengthen the construction safety control, improve the system of the subcontract management, and adhere to the "science and technology enterprise" strategy, in order to promote the development of haimen construction better, and realize the across between "construction village" to "city of architecture " as soon as possible .

1  引言

随着我国市场经济体制的改革，建筑行业取得了飞速的发展，并在推动国民经济的发展中起着越来越重要的作用，逐渐成为促进国民经济发展的支柱产业之一。近年来，中国处于经济建设快速发展时期，投资建设了一大批举世瞩目的特大型建设项目。已投入运营的，如杭州湾跨海大桥、京沪高速铁路等。正在建设的，如夏漳海底隧道、浙江紫金港路隧道等项目。这些项目的开发建设，都带动了建筑市场的快速发展。再加上其他的一些项目，包括能源、交通、通信、水利、城市基础设施、环境改造、城市商业中心、住宅建设等，还有卫星城开发、小城镇建设等等，使中国的建筑市场发展迅速，进入了快速发展的阶段。
