摘 要:近年来,互联网技术发展迅速,基于互联网所出现的B2C商务模式,是应用最为广泛的商务模式。在B2C电子商务中,买方和卖方通过网络平台进行交易,这样极大的节约了交易成本,缩短了交易时间,提高了交易效率。B2C电子商务带来的方便的同时,因交流或交易双方时空性导致的信息不对称性也正浮出水面。本文对B2C电子商务的概况进行了简要的介绍,分析了B2C电子商务产生的原因,并由此分析由于信息不对称问题对B2C市场产生的影响。通过分析,给出了规避B2C电子商务活动中信息不对称问题的三点解决方案,并从实证研究角度,对卓越网进行了具体分析,验证了本文所述策略的有效性。本论文所要研究的问题对于遏制B2C电子商务市场中欺诈行为,增加消费者对于B2C电子商务模式应用的信任,促进B2C电子商务发展有一定的积极作用。从上述论述可以看出,本研究具有很强的现实意义或者应用价值。 关键词:B2C商务;信息不对称;解决方案8262
The Solutions of Asymmetric Information in B2C E-commerce
Abstract:In recent years, the rapid development of Internet technology, the Internet based B2C business model, is the most extensive business mode for application. In B2C e-commerce, the buyer and seller transactions through the network platform, it greatly saves the transaction cost, shorten the transaction time, improves the transaction efficiency. Bring the B2C e-commerce convenient at the same time, because of the asymmetry of information exchange or transaction time caused it surfaced. The general situation of the B2C electronic commerce are introduced briefly, analyzed the reason of B2C e-commerce, and this analysis because of the information asymmetry problem on the B2C market. Through analysis, three problems of information asymmetry to avoid B2C e-commerce activities gives the solution, and from the angle of empirical study of Joyo , analyze, verify the effectiveness of the method described in this article.This paper is to study the problem for fraud containment in B2C e-commerce market behavior, increase consumer trust in B2C e-commerce mode, there is a certain positive role in promoting the development of B2C e-commerce. From the above we can see, this research has a strong practical significance and application value.
