摘要自2005年中国实行汇改以来，人民币呈现出持续升值的态势，国内外学者越来越重视对人民币汇率问题的研究。人民币汇率的变动对中国经济尤其是对江苏省的经济都产生了显著的影响，从企业发展看，人民币汇率升值改变了企业发展的经济环境，企业应在变化的经济环境中作出相应对策。本文基于人民币升值的背景，立足于江苏省的外贸企业，研究其如何采取相应的措施来应对人民币升值问题。68239

本文采用定性与定量研究相结合的方法，分析人民币升值对国际和国内经济产生的影响。通过对江苏省外贸企业的现状进行研究，着重分析了人民币升值对江苏外贸企业的影响。根据人民币升值对江苏外贸企业所产生的的的正反两方面影响，提出了多项具有针对性的积极应对策略，这也是本文的创新点所在。

Title       Analysis on Response To RMB Appreciation in   Jiangsu Foreign Trade Enterprises         

Abstract

Since China implemented the reform in 2005, showing a continued appreciation of the RMB. That sparked domestic and foreign scholars on RMB exchange rate's research interests. RMB exchange rate changes the economy, particularly in the Jiangsu Province of China greatly，From the enterprise development, the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate changes the enterprise development of economic environment, enterprises should be in the changing economic environment, make corresponding countermeasure. It is against this background of a revaluation, the article will be based on the foreign trade enterprise in Jiangsu province to study how to face the RMB appreciation.

This article adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative research, analyzes RMB appreciation on the impact of international and domestic economy. Through studying the present situation of foreign trade enterprises in jiangsu province, this article focuses on the impact of RMB appreciation on foreign trade enterprises in jiangsu province. According to RMB on both positive and negative effects of foreign trade enterprises in Jiangsu Province, made a number of targeted active coping strategies, it is this important innovation.
