摘要徐州地处江苏北部，作为淮海经济圈的核心城市，大力发展第三产业是其努力建设面向现代化区域商贸中心的重点，也是徐州实现产业结构优化升级和扩大就业消费的重要抓手。文章运用偏离份额分析法（SSM），分别以江苏和全国为参照区，对2005年以来徐州服务业行业结构进行实证分析。研究发现：（1）徐州服务业整体经济增量Gi全部比其区域份额分量大，表明徐州服务业整体的增长速度较快。（2）服务业的整体发展存在过于依赖传统服务行业的倾向，现代服务业的区域竞争力份额Dij都小于或等于0，整体发展相对缓慢，行业结构性问题比较突出，行业结构有待进一步优化。（3）服务业行业效果指数L均大于1，表明徐州服务业综合发展潜力大；（4）所有服务行业的竞争偏量都大于0，服务业总体竞争效果指数u均大于1，表明徐州服务业各行业都具有较强的竞争能力，服务业发展势头非常良好。72109

Study on the structure of service industry in Xuzhou:based on SSM

Abstract Xuzhou is located in the north of Jiangsu province, which is the core of the Huaihai economic circle city, vigorously develop the tertiary industry is its efforts to build for the focus of the modern regional commercial center, Xuzhou realized the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the consumption of expanding employment main fulcrum。 Article use deviation share analysis method (SSM), respectively in Jiangsu province and the country as reference, Xuzhou service industry structure since the year 2005 for empirical analysis。 Study found that: (1) the Xuzhou services overall economic increment Gi were greater than its share of the region, shows that Xuzhou services overall growth rate is faster; (2) the whole development of service industry has the tendency to rely too much on traditional service industry, modern service industry share of the regional competitiveness Dij is less than or equal to 0, the overall development is relatively slow, industry structural problems are prominent, industry structure remains to be further optimized。 (3) the effect of service industry index were greater than 1 L, Xuzhou service industry comprehensive development potential; (4) all the competition of service trade of partial quantity is greater than zero, services overall index of competition effect u have more than 1, show that Xuzhou service trades have strong ability of competition, the service industry development momentum is very good。
