摘要近些年来，国内越来越多的毕业生加入到求职的行列中，人才供过于求，“毕业季”正悄然向“失业季”转变。为了缓解就业压力，拉动经济增长，全国各地纷纷实施了一系列举措鼓励、支持和引导大学生利用自身优势创业。然而，单凭满腔热血和极少的资金，赤手空拳去创业显然是不会成功的。本文将系统阐述整个江苏省的大学生创业融资支持体系现状及具体细则，再以我校优秀大学生创业项目“占座宝”为案例，通过访谈了解其项目内容，分析其融资模式，探寻大学生创业融资过程中可能面临的一些问题。最后借鉴西方发达国家——美国的成功经验，提出一些创新性的优化建议。77818

本文将紧紧围绕“大学生创业融资支持体系”这一主题，分成六大部分进行阐述。第一部分主要是写大学生创业融资支持体系形成的国际、国内背景；第二部分则是阐述国家级鼓励、支持和引导创业创新的政策，描述省级——江苏省内的大学生创业创新相关融资支持体系现状；第三部分以江苏科技大学优秀创业项目“占座宝”为案例，系统分析其融资模式，记录其融资过程中融资支持体系发挥的作用与不足以及被访问者的建议；第四部分从融资问题与风险的角度入手，分析列举出大学生创业融资支持体系有待改善之处；第五部分则是借鉴西方发达国家——美国的成功经验，并对我国创业融资支持体系提出改善意见；最后一部分主要列举出对于创新目前的大学生创业融资支持体系的对策。

College students’ venture financing support system research

Abstract In recent years , more and more domestic graduates join the ranks for jobs , talents supply exceeds demand , the graduation season is quietly transforming into the unemployed season 。 To alleviate the employment pressure , drive economic growth , all parts of our country has implemented a series of measures to encourage , support and guide college students to use their own advantages to start up business , therefore , research our country college students’ venture financing support system is imperative 。 Money problems , however , alone with a burning desire and little money , with their bare hands to entrepreneurship obviously cannot be successful 。 This article will systematically elaborate the specific content of college students' venture financing support system in jiangsu province，again with our outstanding college students entrepreneurial projects of (zhanzuobao) for the case , through the interview to understand the project , analyzing its refinance modes ，explore the problems and risks which college students may face in their venture financing process, and draw lessons from the successful experience of western developed countries , finally puts forward some innovative optimization suggestions 。 

　This article closely research the topic of college students’ venture financing support system , pided into six parts 。 The first part mainly is to write the international and domestic background of college students’ venture financing support system ; The second part is the state-level policy of encouraging,supporting and guiding the entrepreneurial innovation, describing present situation of jiangsu province at the province level of college students’ venture financing support system ; The third part use jiangsu university of science and technology outstanding entrepreneurial project of zhanzuobao as a case, analysing of the financing mode, and record deficiencies and suggestions of financing support system in the process of financing ; The fourth part analyse to list to improve college students' venture financing support system from the perspective of financing and risk ; The fifth part is to learn from the successful experience of western developed countries (United States) , and put forward improvement opinion to our country’s venture financing support system ; The last part mainly list my suggestions and countermeasures for innovating current college students' venture financing system 。
