摘要：随着世界追求经济的快速发展，贸易边界的不断扩大，环境开始进一步的恶化，如何缓解环境问题逐步成了了居民、政府和国家关注的热点。技术的革新是有效解决环境问题的有效方式，追寻技术革新的同时，我们发现国际技术贸易是获取先进国家技术的主要途径之一。近些年，我国对于国际贸易，尤其是对于技术贸易显现出快速增长的发展势头，经济与环境的可持续发展已然成为经济发展战略的核心内容。本文通过对于技术贸易与环境质量的分析，发现技术贸易可以在一定程度上缓解我国经济飞速发展的带来环境的问题，并且通过分析给出对于实现环境与经济可持续发展的相关建议。77951

ABSTRACT：As the world in pursuit of the rapid development of economy, the enlargement of border trade, the environment began to further deterioration。 Alleviating environmental problems gradually in residents, the government and the attention of the countries。 Technology innovation is the effective way to solve the problem of environment effectively, the pursuit of technological innovation at the same time, we found that the international technology trade is one of the main ways to obtain national advanced technology。 In recent years, our country in international trade, especially for technology trade show rapid growth momentum of development, the sustainable development of economy and environment has become the core content of economic development strategy。 This article through to the analysis of the technical trade and environment quality, found technology trade can to a certain extent, ease the rapid economic development of our country's environmental problems, and through the analysis to give suggestions to realize the sustainable development of environment and economy。
