摘 要：近年来，盱眙县农业企业不断发展，促进了农业产业化发展，在经济发展中占有重要地位。本文概括了盱眙县农业企业数量较少、规模较小、龙头企业发展良好等现状，结合江苏澳吉尔生态农业科技股份有限公司，分析了盱眙县农业企业普遍存在的抵御自然风险能力不足、没有充分结合市场需求、营销困难、融资困难、缺乏品牌意识、缺乏科研支撑等问题，从基础设施建设、生产规划、营销、融资、品牌建设、科技创新度等方面提出了对策与建议，以期为盱眙县农业企业的发展和当地经济发展等提供参考。81499

Abstract: As a main part in economic development, agricultural industry in Xuyi county is on constant rise in recent years, which paves way for the industrialization of agriculture。 This paper has analyzed the current situation of agricultural industry in Xuyi through the example of Jiangsu  Organic  Ecological  Agriculture  Technological  co。ltd。 The situation can be concluded in the following aspects: first, the number and sizes of enterprises in Xuyi is relatively small; second, the leading enterprises in Xuyi is on sound development。 However, these enterprises also comes with shortages。 First, they generally lack the ability in warding off natural disasters; second, they do not efficiently target the market demand, which leads to difficulties in marketing and financing; third, they lack brand awareness and technical support。 Starting from these shortages, this paper gives suggestions in such aspects as infrastructure construction, production planning, marketing, financing, brand construction and technological innovation in order to offer an example for the development of agricultural enterprises and regional economy in Xuyi。

1  引言

盱眙县，地处淮河下游，水源充沛，气候宜人，土地肥沃，素有“鱼米之乡”之称。正是这样良好的气候条件和生态条件，促进了盱眙县的农业发展。盱眙县农业经济的发展与农业企业的带动是分不开的，但是盱眙县农业企业大多数也是刚刚开始发展，在管理、技术等方面都不完善，农业企业的发展受着多种因素影响。所以，了解盱眙县农业企业发展现状、分析其在发展过程中存在的问题、研究解决问题的对策就成为了当务之急。本文以江苏澳吉尔生态农业科技股份有限公司为例，进行了探究。论文网
