摘  要：自1979年中美建交以来，中美贸易发展经历了从稳步增长到飞速发展再到机遇与挑战共存。总的来看，中美之间的经贸关系是逐渐稳步发展的，但依然存在着诸多争执和问题。这些争执主要包括贸易统计口径不一问题、纺织品贸易问题以及反倾销问题等。而经过分析，导致这些问题存在的主要原因有：中美两国一些相似的特征以及在许多方面存在的巨大差异；中美间相互依存度不够以及双方依存度的非对称性；美国国内的政治斗争等。本文围绕着中美经贸关系中产生问题，尝试分析并提出一些合理化建议，包括：建立贸易统计协调机制,统一贸易计算口径；调整对美贸易进出口结构,实施外贸多元化战略；加快调整产业结构；建立、健全和完善贸易救济体系；大力发展内需；建立贸易争端解决机制的国内政策程序等。82045

The Analyses of the Existing Issues and Countermeasures in China-US Economic and Tread Cooperation 

Abstract：Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States in 1979, the development of Sino US trade has experienced from steady growth to rapid development and then to opportunities and challenges。 In general, trade relations between China and the US is growing, but there are still many disputes and problems。These disputes mainly include the most favored nation treatment, trade imbalance, intellectual property issues, market access issues, textile trade issues, as well as anti-dumping issues, etc。。 Through analyzing, leading to the main reason for these problems is: some similar characteristics between China and the United States and exists in many ways, a huge difference; between China and the United States interdependence is not enough and the two sides dependence degree of non symmetry; the domestic political struggle。This paper focuses on the problems of Sino US economic and trade relations, tries to analyze and put forward some reasonable suggestions, including: establishing a coordination mechanism for trade statistics, trade uniform diameter; adjustment of the United States trade import and export structure, implementing the strategy of foreign trade persification; speed up the adjustment of industrial structure; to establish, improve and perfect the trade relief system; vigorously develop the domestic demand; establish trade disputes solving mechanism of domestic policies and procedures etc。
