摘  要: 地处中原地区的河南省，正处于承接外资由东部沿海地区向内陆转移的初级阶段，利用外资是发展经济必不可少的一部分。近年来河南在利用外资发面取得了一定的进步和成就，但也存在利用外资方式过于单一、外资流向结构比例失衡、投资环境问题、利用外资管理体制不完善以及诚信缺失等一系列问题。本文针对河南省利用外资的一系列问题提出拓展利用外资方式、加大吸引外资产业导向、加强改善投资环境及外资管理体制、诚信建设等对策。82187

The problems existing in the use of foreign capital and Countermeasures of He Nan province

  Abstract: The Henan province is located in the central plains region, is to undertake foreign capital from the eastern coastal areas to inland in the primary stage, the use of foreign capital is an indispensable part of economic development。 Henan in the increase in use of foreign capital in recent years has made some progress and achievements, but there are also too single way of using foreign capital, foreign capital flow to the structural imbalance, investment environment, utilization of foreign capital management system is not perfect and lack of integrity and a series of problems。 Utilization of foreign capital of Henan province, this paper puts forward a series of questions of expand the way of using foreign capital, increase attracting foreign investment industry guidance, strengthening the management system, improve the investment environment and foreign countermeasures, such as building honesty。
