摘要：随着世界经济和自由贸易的迅速扩张，对外投资和跨国贸易已成为各国经济体合作的重要手段。2011年，日本已成为中国最大的外资来源国，而中日双方也是彼此最重要的贸易合作伙伴。中日贸易的往来促进了两国的经济发展，日益稳固了中日两国经济强国的国际地位，然而近年来，中日贸易开始产生种种问题，日本对华投资的现状也不尽如人意。本文从中日贸易发展的现状和实际问题出发，结合直观数据和统计学理论，综合的介绍分析中日贸易发展的影响因素，得出日本对华直接投资对中日进出口额都有推动作用的结论，同时探讨吸引日本企业投资，促进两国贸易发展的对策。82260

Japan's foreign direct investment in China on the China-Japan trade impact study 

Abstract: With the rapid expansion of the world economy and free trade, foreign investment and cross-border trade have become an important means of cooperation between the countries' economies。 Japan has become the biggest source of foreign investment in China in 2011, and the two countries are also the most important trading partners。 Sino-japanese trade exchanges to promote the economic development of the two countries, is established between the two countries economic power international status, however, in recent years, sino-japanese trade began to produce all sorts of problems, the present situation of Japanese investment in China is not satisfactory。 China-japan trade development present situation and practical problems in this paper, combined with the intuitive data and statistical theory, the influence factors of comprehensive introduction and analysis of the trade development between China and Japan, it is concluded that Japan's foreign direct investment in China to rijin exports have promoted in the conclusion, at the same time investment attracting Japanese enterprises is discussed in this paper, countermeasures to promote the development of trade between the two countries。
