摘要：目前，世界经济依然处于周期调整阶段，我国经济发展的对外贸易环境比较稳定。本文通过对全球经济增长速度放缓、国际贸易额负增长和我国对外贸易进出口量减少、一般贸易保持增长、贸易摩擦多等现状进行分析，提出了我国在“十三五时期”将面临的问题，如对外贸易依存度高、出口企业缺乏竞争力、产业调整缓慢、周边环境不稳定等。最后，针对存在的各项问题提出可行性的建议对策。如加快产业结构调整、在“一带一路”战略下加快我国的产业转移步伐和实施“走出去”、巩固周边国家关系等措施，以此来推动我国的对外贸易更好更快的发展。84156

The prospective trend of the world economy and China's foreign trade much starker choices-and graver consequences-in period

Abstract:：At present, the world economy is still in the stage of adjustment cycle, the economic development of our country's foreign trade environment is relatively stable。 This article through to global economic growth slowed, International trade is negative and China's foreign trade in imports and exports to reduce international trade volume, general trade growth, more trade frictions such as the status quo analysis, put forward in "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in period" in China is facing the problems, such as high foreign trade dependence, export enterprises lack of competitiveness, the slow adjustment of the industry, surrounding environment is not stable, etc。 Finally,aimed at the problems of the feasibility suggested countermeasures are put forward。 Such as speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, under the "area" strategy to speed up the pace of China's industrial transfer and implement the "going out", consolidate the relationship between the neighboring countries, in order to promote the development of China's foreign trade better and faster。
