摘要自从进入高速信息化时代，科学技术的发展便将我们带进了全新的移动互联的网络世界，其变化之快速，发展之迅猛，很快就受到大众的青睐，短短数年就斩获了7。9亿的移动互联网用户，规模之大令人惊叹。鉴于如此大的用户规模，移动互联的运营平台应运而生。而正在茁壮成长的小微企业群体迫切需要提高工作效率、建立基本的管理规范。86614

基于移动互联的智慧运营云平台的设计就是利用移动互联技术，通过智慧运营云平台帮助小微企业实现管理的信息化、智能化和规范化。本人的设计部分主要侧重于平台系统管理。该项目主要选择VS和SQL Server作为开发环境，采用ASP。NET技术，并结合MVC编程模式、B/S网络结构和Sencha ExtJS 架构来完成对该系统的开发。

基于移动互联的智慧运营云平台具备友好的人机交互界面，平台工作人员通过该系统可以简便快捷、灵活直观地操作。用户管理、角色管理、代码管理、系统参数和数据备份等功能模块的设计也都基本实现，并通过了相应的测试。

Abstract Since entering the era of high-speed-information, the development of science and technology have taken us into a whole new online world of mobility and connectivity。 Its fast change and rapid development that make it fashionable among the multitude。 It is amazing that the number of mobile Internet users has increased to 7。9 million in just a few years。 In view of such a large scale of users, mobile Internet operating platform comes into being。 While thriving groups of small and micro enterprises urgently need to improve work efficiency as well as to establish basic management specifications。 

The design of the intelligence business cloud platform based on mobile Internet is adopting the mobile Internet technology, helping Small and micro businesses to realize the informationization of management, intelligent and standardization。 My design mainly focus on the management of the system。 The program uses Visual Studio and SQL Server as the development tools, combining with the technology of ASP。NET and the MVC pattern, B/S structure and Sencha ExtJS framework to complete the development of this system。

The Intelligent Operating Cloud Platform -- Based on Mobile Internet has a friendly interactive interface。 The system through which staff can operate quickly and flexibly。 The function of user management, role management, code management, system parameters and data backup is basically achieved and passed the test。
