摘要21世纪是信息化的时代，医院作为一个特殊的服务行业，其发展应该跟上现代化的脚步,而医院信息化则是对医院管理效率的大大提高。这就要求医院利用现代化的管理工具管理医院的工作。这样将提高管理的效率，信息的准确性，消除一些人工管理的弊端。有利于提高医院的服务质量，更好的服务社会。86620

本系统以Myeclipse为主要开发工具，基于MVC框架，主要使用了strcuts2+spring+hibernate框架，以MySQL为数据库，使用JAVA语言，采用JSP技术开发页面。根据医院的门诊流程合理设计并实现了系统管理员、挂号收费处、药房、检查化验处、病人、医生六大模块，同时完成了对生成病历的详细记录和管理。

本文主要介绍系统的开发环境、概要设计和详细设计。根据调试和初步测试，系统能够实现生成病历单并对其进行管理的目标。

Abstract The 21st century is the era of information。 The hospital is a special service industry。 Its development should keep up with the modern pace。 Hospital information enhances the efficiency of hospital management greatly。 The hospital should use modern management tools to manage its work。 In this way, it will improve the work efficiency and accuracy of information, eliminate some drawbacks of manual management mode。 It is in favor of improving the quality of hospital service, serve the society better。

The system use MyEclipse as the main development tool, based on MVC framework, mainly using the framework of strcuts2+spring+hibernate, MySQL database, using Java language , using JSP technology develop the page。According to the Hospital outpatient service process reasonable designed and Realized six modules of the system administrator, registration fee, pharmacy, laboratory examination, doctors, patients , while completed the detailed record and management of medical records generated。

This paper mainly introduces the system development environment, outline design and detailed design。 According to the debugging and preliminary testing, the system can achieve the desired goal：generate medical records and management。
