摘要现今高校图书馆已经在向数字图书馆迈进，利用计算机技术和互联网技术快速发展，数字图书馆与多媒体技术结合被认为是一套理想的运作模式。本高校多媒体信息发布系统用MyEclipse开发，使用Java语言编写，用MySQL数据库作为后台数据库的支持。系统从用户角度出发，界面布局简洁友好，用户使用起来方便、快捷、安全可靠。用户界面可以浏览后台发布的各种信息，后台管理系统则可以进行：账号管理、栏目管理、音频发布管理、视频发布管理、文章发布管理、角色管理。为了保证后台管理系统的安全性，用户需输入正确的用户名和用户密码才能进入系统，并且不同角色的用户具有不同的权限。86656

    本文对整个系统的设计和开发进行了详细的介绍。首先介绍了高校图书馆多媒体信息发布系统的开发背景和技术背景，然后介绍了系统用户浏览界面的设计与实现和后台管理系统的设计与实现。论文最后阐述了系统的测试结果、性能分析以及系统的不足之处。

Abstract Nowadays, the university library has already entered into the digital library, using the computer technology and the rapid development of Internet technology, the combination of digital library and multimedia technology were considered to be an ideal mode of operation。  The university library multimedia information release system use of MyEclipse development, and use of Java language。 The background database is supported by MySQL database。 This system from the user angle, the interface layout is simple and friendly, the man-machine information interactive convenient, fast, safe and reliable。 System login in module, register module, account management, program management, audio release management, video release management, article publishing management, role management module。 In order to ensure the security of the background management system, users need to enter the correct user name and password to enter the system, and the different roles of users with different permissions。

In this paper, the design and development of the whole system are introduced in detail。 First introduced the university library multimedia information publishing system management system development background and technical background, and then introduce the system's overall design and concrete realization of function module。 At the end of the paper, the test results, the performance analysis and the deficiency of the system are described。
