摘要无线点餐业务在中国有着很大的发展空间,它已经快速的出现在在各个城市的大中型酒店中,便捷的数字点餐系统将为餐饮企业提供高效的服务,随着酒店管理的更加完善,使用智能的无线点餐系统必然成为追求卓越的餐饮企业的首选。
本无线点餐系统主要应用在餐厅的局域网中,对餐厅从顾客点餐到厨房制作再到营业结算一整套的服务流程提供管理,信息交流主要流动在四个端:顾客用餐端、厨房端、营业端和系统服务器,系统的核心是充当服务器的主控计算机。顾客用餐端的安卓程序通过无线的方式与服务器进行通信,从事开台、点菜、退菜、申请结账等系列操作;厨房终端程序通过无线方式接收服务器发送过来的菜品订单信息,并进行分配处理,供厨师烹饪和传菜员传菜;营业终端程序通过无线方式接收服务器发送过来的菜品订单信息,并进行订单的监控,对订单进行统计、管理与结算处理。系统服务器程序起到控制作用,对安卓设备终端和PC终端发送过来的信息进行分析、处理、包装和回馈。19914
