摘   要作为公共场所，大学校园存在人员流动大，突发情况较多等问题，迫切需要建立警务报警平台，集师生报警，后台管理，警员出警于一体，可以实现警务信息快速处理，保障师生生命财产安全。86974

本文从应用需求和技术发展两个方面阐述了基于移动互联的110警务平台—后台管理系统的开发背景，并阐述了项目实现的目的及意义，通过详尽的系统需求分析、系统设计，从校内师生和警务人员角度，对系统进行了完整规划。

基于移动互联的110警务平台--后台管理系统采用B/S结构，使用PHP+ExtJs语言，以及使用MySql数据库作为开发工具。后台管理系统系统主要实现三大功能模块：一、警务人员及用户管理，二、车辆信息管理，三、警务信息管理。通过后台管理系统可实现附近警员快速定位，警员实时分配，警务消息修改，加速出警速度，实现案件整合，保障师生人身财产安全。
