摘要实验室资产管理是高校管理和建设的基础,一款优良的资产管理系统可以实现实验室资源的合理配置和管理的信息化。针对目前国内大学实验室资产管理比较落后的状况,开发一款新的管理系统来为学校实验室提供一个拥有完整功能、安全且方便的解决方案是势在必行。86995
通过对目前实验室资产管理现状进行分析,找出管理体系中存在的问题,同时结合实际的资产管理需求,使用当下流行的B/S结构模式开发本实验室资产管理系统。系统以资产管理为基础,包含了用户管理、实验室管理和资产借阅等核心功能模块。管理员和超级管理员可以对用户、实验室或者各种资产进行各类操作,并审核普通用户的借用申请;普通用户可以发出借用设备申请,查看自己申请单审核状态。
该系统基于Spring和Mybatis框架进行开发,采用MySQL作为系统数据库。它将管理任务模块化,摒弃了过去效率较低的手工记录模式,能够最大限度的满足实验室日常管理需求,有助于将管理人员从之前的手工记录中解放出来。

Abstract Laboratory assets management is the foundation of the management and construction of university, an excellent assets management system can realize the reasonable configuration and the information-based management。 In view of the current situation that the domestic laboratory assets management of university is relatively backward, the development of a new management system for the school laboratory which provides a fully functional, safe and convenient solution is imperative。
Through analysis of the present situation of assets management in laboratory, try to find out problems existing in the management system, combine with the actual demand for assets management, and develop the laboratory assets management system in the popular B/S mode。 This system is based on assets management, including the user management, laboratory management, assets borrowing and other commonly used functions。 Administrators and super administrators can operate on users, laboratories or all kinds of assets, and review the application of users。 Users can apply the device and check the status of their own application。
This system is developed on the framework of Spring and Mybatis and adopts MySQL as the system database。 It will make tasks of management modular, discard the low efficiency of manual recording mode which was used in the past。 It can also enable the laboratory to meet the demands of daily management which helps managers of the laboratory away from the previous manual recording。
