摘要目前手工会议签到存在多个问题，每次会议准备工作繁杂，会议签到人数统计的工作量大、繁琐、不准确并且汇总数据不及时等缺陷。本系统把RFID技术用于会议签到系统，可以实现无纸质化的会议签到,节省了大量物力、人力还有财力，也节省了会议组织者的前期准备工作时间和后续统计工作时间。87038

基于射频识别技术的公司会议签到系统-后台子系统运用C#编程，界面简单，操作方便。实现完整会议信息的记录，包括了会议应到人数、未到人数、会议编号、会议名称等，也实现了RFID的读卡写卡功能。为了方便管理和后期整理，本系统还拥有会议数据查询，以及数据导出功能。会议数据查询包含，会议记录查询，登记参会人员信息查询，应到人数和未到人数查询。会议签到的人员信息会在签到表上显示，记录为已到人员。登记而未签到的人员会标记为未到人员，并显示出相应的人员信息。

本系统智能科学环保的登记与签到方法，简便会议流程管理，使会议人员登记与会议人员签到更简洁，准确快速，也方便了整个会议管理和后期会议信息的整理。
